Our bright, lively, dry rosé from the Lost Vineyard block.  We pick expressly for rosé early in the harvest when the sugars are lower and the acids a little higher to create a pale rose that's perfect for warm summer evenings.  Harvested by hand on September 14, 2023,  pressed straight to stainless steel barrels, fermented dry, and bottled in March of 2024.
