2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Brothers Vineyard
From a favored 1.8 acre block perched at 850 feet of elevation atop the eastern ridge of the Napa Valley, the 2023 growing season has given us a beautifully balanced, classically styled wine with the distinctive hallmarks of its site. Writing in Vinous, critic Antonio Galloni remarked on the wine's "strong spice, mineral and earthy notes" within a "core of dark-toned fruit," going on to say it might be "the single greatest Napa Valley wine I have tasted from Diana Snowden." (Vinous, 11/25; 97 points; 697 cases of 750mL bottles produced.)
